Provide guidance on procurements under Government grants, CSR, and externally funded projects,
including interpretation of sanction conditions, utilisation norms, and compliance obligations.
2. Procurement, Tendering & Evaluation Guidance
Assist and guide in procurement planning, tendering processes, preparation and review of comparative
statements, and provide inputs on technical and financial evaluations from a governance perspective.
3. Audit & Compliance Support
Support review of commercial and procurement documentation from a statutory, internal, and fundingagency
audit perspective, and assist in addressing audit observations and queries.
4. Process Improvement & Capacity Building
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and controls in commercial
operations, and provide mentoring and guidance to strengthen internal capacity.
5. Day-to-Day Advisory & Issue Resolution
Provide advisory support for routine and complex commercial queries, vendor-related matters, and
procurement issues, and guide resolution of matters requiring experienced judgement.
