As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards on the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision-making with local market expertise, as well as guaranteeing standards of quality while reviewing content.
Key Responsibilities:
Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Be flexible to policy changes and shifting schedules while being dedicated to standard operating protocols.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.
Requirements:
Fluent German (native/C2 level minimum)
Good English skills (B2 level)
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
Quick decision-making and agility
Confidence and independence
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
