About your new role
...
As a Contract & Contractor Administrator, you will be supporting the organisation by coordinating contractor access, documentation, compliance records, and administrative controls across the contract. Your a typical day will involve:
- Coordinating contractor onboarding, site access, inductions, permits, and tracking required documentation (licences, insurances, SWMS, and competencies).
- Controlling contractor scheduling for works, shutdowns, possessions, and planned maintenance activities.
- Maintaining work order records, asset data, service reports, and updating spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards.
- Preparing weekly reports on contractor performance, outstanding actions, open defects, and overdue documentation.
- Supporting document control for work instructions, compliance packs, photos, test sheets, and certificates.
- Following up with contractors for quotes and completion evidence, while liaising closely with supervisors and planners.
What you will need
You will be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and will have excellent attention to detail to ensure records are always audit-ready. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Administration, Project Support, Compliance, Coordination, or a similar Office Support role.
- Strong capability to validate data and update spreadsheets, trackers, and client portals.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and confidently follow up with external contractors.
- Be self-motivated, with a positive attitude to work.
- High attention to detail.
