In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee high-value building / infra tenders and project management operations across Malaysia and various international locations.
- Lead the end-to-end bidding process for major building developments including value engineering and final cost accuracy.
- Manage strategic market intelligence by engaging with developers, consultants, and authorities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee project mobilization and the development of high-level procurement strategies for new project acquisitions.
- Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss targets and schedule status, to ensure business objectives are met.
- Direct claim management and dispute resolution processes to safeguard the commercial interests of the organisation.
skills and experience required.
- Experience in estimation or commercial management for building projects with major contractors.
- Extensive background in contract administration, including delay and quantum analysis and mastery of standard contract forms.
- Proven ability to manage project mobilization, manpower allocation, and financial forecasting for large-scale construction works.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Flexibility to undertake overseas travel or long-term international assignments as required by business needs.
