Lead cross-functional initiatives and shape strategic direction for a dynamic, global pharmaceutical company in Japan.■About the companyOur client is a leading global pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Japan. They are known for their commitment to innovation and patient care, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. They currently have a very strong global and domestic pipeline.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution, leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve ambitious business objectives. You will facilitate key meetings, drive change management, and build project management capabilities within the organization.
