Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant academic field;
Possess 3-5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in strategic consulting;
Demonstrate robust project management capabilities, including structuring deliverables, executing complex work plans, and leading cross-functional teams and client relationships;
Exhibit strong commercial acumen to proactively identify new business prospects and client opportunities;
Show full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
