key responsibilities
Conduct research and gather, structure, and analyse relevant financial and market information;
Contribute to the development and selection of appropriate valuation methodologies;
Build, review, and maintain valuation and financial models to support analysis and decision-making;
Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for a range of purposes, including financial reporting, transactions, tax matters, and litigation;
Analyse and present complex financial data in a clear and structured manner, including navigating and interpreting financial models;
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout project execution;
Support the coordination and guidance of junior consultants, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.skills
Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field;
3–5 years of experience in valuation and business modelling;
Strong financial modelling and advanced computer skills (e.g. Excel and related tools);
Ability to synthesise complex information and identify key business drivers;
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Full professional proficiency in English.
