About the Role
As a Costing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive product costs based on engineering drawings, BOMs, materials, manufacturing processes, labor, tooling, and overheads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Application Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchase, Quality, and Business Development.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or product costing (preferably within Automotive, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, or Auto Components).
- Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and BOM costing.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (laser cutting, press/stamping, welding, assembly) and process routing.
- Hands-on experience preparing product cost estimates (material, labor, machine-hour, overheads, tooling) and RFQ/quotation responses.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
