Key Details:

2 - 3 month temporary assignments with the potential to extend or go perm
$27.80 - 28.95 per hour + 8%
8:30PM - 5PM Monday - Friday
Work on new and exciting projects within the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals—volume, retention, and revenue.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional phone support; respond quickly, accurately, and professionally; escalate issues when needed.
Process & Accuracy: Use your time effectively, maintain precise records, and follow risk/compliance procedures—especially with high-risk merchants.
Risk & Compliance: Stay current on policies and standards, apply pricing guidelines, collaborate across teams to meet customer needs, and support a positive team environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven sales experience (e.g., call centre, door-to-door, retail).
Resilience—rejection drives you forward.
Adaptable mindset—thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
Comfortable working independently and in teams.
Strong adherence to rules, procedures, and compliance.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.

Must have:

Clear criminal history and successful credit check.
NZ citizen or permanent resident.
Willingness to complete any required pre-employment testing.
