This is a leadership position focused on creating and implementing a comprehensive customer experience ecosystem for a company's obesity care market. ■Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or customer experience is needed, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in developing and reviewing commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to performance.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing ecosystems.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required, along with strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders in global organizations.
