Coordinating and supporting FS and EN customer data releases & batches assessments and migration preparation in collaboration with local and central teams;
Coordinating and supporting migration batches timely reviews with countries;
Supporting countries with migration process, services & tooling related questions – Coordinating “CT O2P Service Tower” activities;
Reporting and monitoring progress of migration activities and continuously enhancing; migration services and customer project evaluation - closure reporting accuracy;
Supporting countries with issues and exceptions in alignment with ACE central PMO;
Sharing knowledge, best practice as lessons learned with country and central teams. Tracking and solving issues and risks.
Cross coordinate and align migration workload and resource need with ER & EG customer migration activities;
Support ACE cross functional teams & Country PMO’s with mass migration topics;
Drives central automation deactivation process;
Note: During The first 6 months will learn how the job responsibilities will develop in line with learning to migrate customers.
