About the job
As a Customer Service Administrator (Supply Chain), you will play a pivotal role in the end to end order management life cycle. This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring that premium products reach their destinations with "Right First Time" accuracy. You will manage high value accounts, handle intricate documentation for export and duty free zones, and utilise advanced data management to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.
End to End Order Management: Lead the full life cycle of sales orders and credit notes, ensuring high accuracy and "Right First Time" documentation for export and duty-free zone deliveries.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between customers, internal sales teams, and external suppliers to resolve enquiries, track delivery progress, and close complaints within the CMS.
Process Optimisation: Proactively monitor order fulfilment and system risks, utilising advanced Excel data management to provide real-time updates and improve supply chain efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage and compile all regulated documentation required for international trade, including specialised tracking systems like INATT where applicable.
