You will contribute to the organization's success by providing customer-focused solutions, managing operational requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the order entry and order fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers, including priority and foundational accounts
- Maintain strong product, application, and service knowledge across the business portfolio
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs and gathering market insights
- Coordinate activities across Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
- Ensure service levels are maintained as per business priorities
- Recommend optimal and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements and company capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- 2 + years of relevant experience in O2C Order Processing
Required Skills
- Sales Order Processing.
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP
- Understanding of Export processes and Incoterms (good to have)
- Knowledge of Letters of Credit (good to have)
