Our client, a well-established and growing waste management company based in Ravenhall, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their busy Customer Service team.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding service while meeting operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department.
• Manage escalated customer enquiries and provide effective resolutions.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews, training and ongoing development.
• Drive a positive, high-performing team culture.

About You

• Previous experience managing a Customer Service team is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
• Experience within the waste, transport, logistics or industrial services industry is highly regarded but not essential.
