As a key leader, you will be responsible for transforming the service department into a high-performance,

As a Customer Service Manager, you will report directly to executive leadership and play a vital role within
the customer care team. Your primary mission is to foster a culture of empathy and excellence, ensuring
that every client interaction reflects a commitment to quality service.
In this role, you will be given the autonomy to lead, allowing you to implement best practices, develop
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and refine customer-centricity across the board. The ideal
candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry and have a proven track record of managing
people through periods of change and growth.

Responsibilities
-Lead, mentor, and coach the customer care team to ensure the highest levels of service delivery.
-Develop and implement robust customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
-Oversee day-to-day operations, including order tracking, account maintenance, and escalation
resolution.
-Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments (sales, operations) to
ensure timely delivery.
-Manage onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring a deep understanding of the business.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 years in a management or supervisory role within customer care.
-Prior experience in transportation or supply chain management is highly
preferred.
-Post-secondary education (College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) in a related field is
preferred.
-Must be able to work full-time on site in the West GTA between 8:00AM - 5:00PM with some potential overtime.
