We are seeking a Data Entry & Administration Officer to join the Group Customer Operations team of a major financial institution. This role is the backbone of the department, ensuring data integrity and providing essential support to Business Bankers.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: High-volume data entry and data cleansing to maintain accurate records.
Stakeholder Liaison: Phone-based support for Business Bankers and internal staff regarding admin queries.
Workflow: Managing back-office administrative tasks within a 7.5-hour workday.
Training & Hybrid Schedule
Onboarding: 6 weeks of full-time, office-based training to get you up to speed.
Flexibility: After training, move to a Hybrid model (3 days WFH, 2 days in office).
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services is essential.
Communication: Strong professional phone manner and clear communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
Availability: Ready to commit to a 6-month, full-time contract.
