We are looking for a motivated Logistics Administrative Assistant to serve as the crucial connection between our customers and our operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participating in the daily morning call with the client (in English) to discuss and resolve operational issues and coordinate planning.
- Handling all customer queries and complaints efficiently via email or through the dedicated client portal.
- Assisting the Coordinator with the preparation of the monthly invoicing process.
- Preparing and finalizing all necessary documentation for container shipments.
- Processing and completing shipping files within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensuring that all written procedures and work instructions are kept accurate and up-to-date.
- Handling various other general administrative tasks as required.
