Customer Service & Onboarding Coordinator | Temp-to-Perm

We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail oriented Customer Service & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in a fast paced warehouse office environment. This is a full time, temp-to-perm opportunity for someone ready to make an impact from day one.

Pay Rate: $35.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Onsite warehouse office environment (Mickleham Victoria)
Stability: This is a temp to perm role with a genuine path to permanency for the right candidate.
Multiple Shifts Available: 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 10:30pm & 8:00am to 4:00pm

As the first point of contact for all new staff members, you are the face (and voice) of the company. Your day will be a mix of high volume interaction and essential administrative tasks:

Candidate Onboarding: Welcoming new staff and guiding them through their first steps with the client.
Verification: Managing e document verification to ensure all new hires are compliant and ready to work.
Heavy Customer Service: Managing a busy front desk and handling a high volume of inbound phone inquiries.
Help Desk Support: Acting as the primary resource for staff questions and troubleshooting general issues.
First Impressions: Ensuring every person who walks through the door or calls in feels supported and informed.
