Order Management: Processing and tracking sales orders from entry to delivery.
Customer Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for questions regarding production, deliveries, and new products.
Planning & Inventory: Managing forecasts, demand, and inventory levels.
Support: Handling complaints and providing general support to the sales team.
qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of commercial experience in an international B2B environment.
Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and MS Office; knowledge of logistics and customs procedures is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Soft skills: Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive mindset.
