Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from clients (pharmacies, natural health stores, etc.) to process orders.
Simultaneously enter orders into the ERP system (JDE).
Respond to inquiries regarding delivery lead times, product damages, or returns.
Ensure diligent email follow-up with both English and French-speaking clients.
Collaborate closely with the production and distribution teams to resolve logistical issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy when entering specific product names.
Qualifications
Relevant prior experience in customer service or a call center environment.
Bilingualism is essential (French/English) to serve a pan-Canadian clientele.
Excellent rigor and attention to detail (essential for product nomenclature).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and 100% on-site.
Proficiency with IT tools and the ability to learn an ERP system.
Team spirit, punctuality, and impeccable reliability.
English proficiency is required for this position as the incumbent must interact daily with clients located outside of Quebec. Furthermore, certain internal communications and technical documentation related to global products require a strong understanding of English.
