About the Role:
show moreWe are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our team across multiple shift types at Launceston and Latrobe. Whether you thrive in the buzz of the morning rush or prefer the focus of overnight work, we have a spot for you!
Positions Available:
- Morning & Afternoon Shifts: Perfect for energetic multi-taskers handling peak food prep, coffee orders, and high-volume customer service.
- Night Shifts (Overnight): Ideal for reliable, independent workers managing console sales, night food prep, restock duties, and store maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at the register.
- Preparing hot food, fresh food items, and serving quality coffee/drinks.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, stock presentation, and strict hygiene standards.
- Handling console sales, fuel payments, and general customer inquiries.
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts OR night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliable attitude.
- Previous experience in retail, fast food, or hospitality is a plus (barista skills highly regarded for day shifts!), but full training will be provided.
