    • handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products;

    • assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations;

    • support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels;

    • maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction;

  • skills


    • fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or near-native proficiency;

    • english (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication;

    • strong communication and interpersonal skills;

    • friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach; 

    • ability to remain calm under pressure;

    • previous experience in customer service is a plus;
