Your Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-channel customer service support, assisting clients and clarifying their doubts.
- Ensure revenue collection and handle debt communication professionally.
- Deliver high-quality assistance while maintaining excellent service standards.

What We Are Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2 or Native) and English (C1).
- Previous experience in Customer Support is highly preferred.
- Completed High School education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to effectively manage and guide the direction of customer calls.
- High level of ethics and responsibility when handling sensitive and confidential information.
