key responsibilities
You will serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication between our clients and their customers, using German, Dutch or Italian language
skills
Your skills:
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Excellent command of German, Dutch or Italian (C2 or Native) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
- Good IT skills
- Autonomy and a spirit of initiative
- Team player
- Previous experience in a call center (it´s a plus)
