We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the Customer Support team of a leading home appliances brand, working from our client’s office in Lisbon.

key responsibilities
Your Role:
Provide a friendly and professional reception to customers in line with quality standards and KPIs
Offer accurate information and effective solutions based on company procedures
Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, balancing customer needs and business goals
Support continuous improvement of operations by following best practices and feedback
skills
Who We're Looking For:
Native or C2 level Italian (spoken and written)
B2 level English
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not mandatory)
