As a Data Administrator, you will be a vital link in our customers' journey. You will ensure a seamless vehicle pick-up process for our cross-border buyers and support our Quality Team in maintaining the highest standards for vehicle descriptions on our online marketplace.
Your Responsibilities:
Contact buyers when vehicles are ready and authorize compounds to release cars.
Verify that carriers are officially approved and meet company standards.
Conduct regular audits to identify and fix issues regarding data accuracy and completeness.
Update internal systems with missing or corrected information to ensure consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of any other European language is a significant plus!
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues across multiple countries.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a quick learner with an outstanding eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle coordination between buyers and compounds.
