Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & MIS: Design, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Analytics & Insight: Transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead project meetings and serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Reporting Excellence: Build and manage automated dashboards and high-impact presentations for executive leadership.
- AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-led analytics tools to automate traditional reporting and enhance predictive modeling capabilities.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Excel: Mastery of VBA, Power Query, and complex modeling is essential.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) to create intuitive, interactive dashboards.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI-driven analytics platforms
- Presentation: Proficiency in creating "C-suite ready" decks that tell a story beyond the numbers.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing project timelines, resource allocation, and external vendor relations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
