We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to define, implement, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, and long-term roadmap.

• Policy Ownership: Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

• Standardization: Ensure consistent business definitions, metrics, and terminology across all business units.

• Capability Oversight: Manage data catalogs, business glossaries, reporting inventories, and data quality processes.

• Leadership: Lead and mentor the data governance team, fostering professional growth and maturity.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with analytics and tech teams to embed governance into daily workflows.

• Compliance & Risk: Support regulatory and risk requirements regarding data usage and management.

• Data Governance Leadership: Proven experience as a Data Governance Lead or in a high-level enterprise data management role.

• Project management experiences.

• Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, principles, and operating models.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align business and technical teams.

• Process Design: Ability to translate abstract governance principles into practical, scalable business processes.

• Ownership Models: Experience establishing clear ownership for data assets and KPIs.

Nice to have: 

• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CDMP or equivalent.

• Technical Environment: Experience with enterprise-scale analytics or modern data platform environments.

• Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with data quality management and the full data lifecycle.

• Regulatory Experience: Background in supporting compliance-driven data initiatives.
