In this strategic role, you will provide advisory and delivery support to various software development squads. Drive the prioritization of risk mitigation activities alongside technical teams and business stakeholders.
Keep risk registers and all supporting documentation meticulously up to date.
Provide planning and analysis support to help development squads structure their work and manage dependencies.
Serve as the primary coordination point between software engineering, architecture, and IT operations.
Step in to assume project management responsibilities during absences or peak delivery periods.
Oversee project documentation, status reporting, and overall delivery tracking to maintain corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as an IT Analyst with a strong focus on application governance and security access management.
Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts alongside broader cybersecurity principles.
Proven track record of coordinating complex initiatives across multiple software development or delivery teams.
Demonstrated capability in risk identification, documentation, and the execution of mitigation strategies.
Hands-on experience supporting project management activities with the ability to lead projects autonomously when required.
Exceptional analytical skills combined with extreme rigor in documentation.
Complete fluency in English is an absolute requirement for this Vancouver-based role.
