Handson experience with Agile practices and cadences (Scrum and/or Kanban), including sprint/iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Demonstrated success coaching teams and stakeholders unfamiliar with Agile, lifting maturity and embedding Agile ways of working at team level and across adjacent functions.

Willingness to learn and grow in the Delivery Lead role, proactively seeking feedback and evolving practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in delivery leadership.
