The Delivery Manager & Content Author is a hybrid role which would suit someone who has hands-on experience of working within web content delivery and website experience management. You work within a centralized management team to ensure that new campaign pages are properly briefed, coordinated and deployed for the Markets, plus have the capability to author content within the pages if necessary. You are comfortable working to tight deadlines and thrive in an environment in a fast paced environment where there is always a new exciting problem to solve.
This is also an extremely collaborative role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across many different Markets. You enjoy collaborating with different groups of people and ensuring that everyone remains aligned.
Finally, this is a role for someone excited by the opportunity to lead change within an organization. You drive change and support the adoption of new ways of working, whilst teaching people best practice and the benefits of global working.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
▪ Existing 3-5 years Project Management experience in an agency environment, on digital
products with some level of technical development for web-based projects.
▪ Experience managing complex deliveries/rollouts across multiple platform tenants
▪ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
▪ Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
▪ Adobe Experience Managerand basic coding knowledge is an added benefit.
▪ Knowledge of task management tools such as Asana, and Slack is an added benefit.

Project Management
• Responsible for project management of the the ECx team Work prioritization
• Performs regular triage of the Asana tickets within the Experience Center
• Able to assess priority of the task
• Checks the brief to ensure it is fit for purpose
• Based on information provided by the Markets, prioritize the backlog of the ECx according to deadline and Market / EC priority.
• Work with the EC to confirm priorities
Capacity management
• Responsible for managing the capacity of the team to ensure that it can deliver.
• Daily tracking of the capacity of the team
• Allocates work to the team based on capacity.
• When the team is at capacity, for example the authors, able to direct work to the Global Hub
Manage CMS locking/unlocking
• Overall responsibility for tracking and ensuring that OneWeb pages aren’t accidentally blocked by the ECx and Global Hub
• Ensures that authoring is properly tracked so that multiple resources don’t work on the same page at once, which would create errors and issues.
• Tracks all authoring work to prevent this.
Status Reporting
• Responsible for all status reporting across the ECx team
• Owner of the daily ticket triage reports
• Owner of the QA report
• Owner of the Capacity Report Ticket Triage
• Regularly assess the backlog vs capacity and manage the allocation of work to the ECx team and Global OneWeb Hub.
