Partner with CEO, COO, and Brand Specialist to turn brand direction into revenue-focused strategies and sales targets
Lead integrated planning and align KPIs across Design, Production, Branding, Marketing, and Social Media.
Chair brand calendar meetings to keep all teams on track with campaign milestones and deadlines.
Oversee timely product launches with aligned campaigns, assets, and production schedules.
Drive growth initiatives (e-commerce, pop-ups, regional expansion, new channels) through feasibility, launch planning, and execution.
Work with retail and e-commerce teams to analyze sales, identify drivers, and refine strategies.
Assess collaboration and partnership ROI to ensure alignment with brand and revenue goals.
Requirements:
8-10 years in brand building roles, preferably retail fashion or lifestyle background
