Job Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for managing all technical requirements within customer projects, serving as the main driver for all technical solutions within the project scope. This role requires overseeing the entire technical design process, from initial concept through production handover, ensuring adherence to internal design processes (HSWTM/RACI, HSRE), change management, and meeting customer requirements for cost, quality, and safety.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Project Management
Manage the technical solution required by the customer, taking full ownership of the design integrity.
Create and update the design timeline for the project.
Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for all technical questions related to the project.
Ensure all technical solutions align with the HSRE design process and HSWTM/RACI frameworks.
Ensure information from Product Line (PL), Key Account Management (KAM), and Quality is successfully aligned into the technical solution of the product.
Consult with senior specialists on complex system and component design issues.
Design & Documentation
Ensure customer requirements are comprehensively addressed in the technical solution.
Create the system design in 3D modeling software.
Ensure all necessary design documents are made and updated, including the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBoM), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Compliance Matrix.
Ensure accurate 2D documentation is completed.
Manage and follow up on technical handover to HSRE production.
Collaboration & Change Management
Ensure communication and input are secured from NPI (New Product Introduction) and suppliers.
Lead the Engineering Change management process as required.
Organizational Authority
The position holds the authority to shut down or stall a project if it is not technically correct, or if it compromises safety for personnel involved in assembly or for the end-user of the product.

Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory: B.Sc/M.Sc or BE in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineer background.
Mandatory: Skilled in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Technical Management/Project Management.
Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
Knowledge of APQPP4Wind process framework.
Experience with ERP system Monitor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
