This role exists to bridge software engineering, DevOps, and AI operations, enabling AI systems to move from experimentation to industrial-grade production.

Mission
You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of AI systems, ensuring that models, data, and infrastructure work together as reliable, scalable, and observable platforms.
Acting in consultative client engagements, outsourced delivery, or product-based environments, you will design and operate the pipelines, tooling, and automation that make AI systems production-ready.

AI Systems Engineering (Core)
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML workloads
Orchestrate training, evaluation, deployment, and inference workflows

Implement model packaging, deployment, and rollout strategies
Manage versioning of code, data, and models
Design monitoring for model performance, data drift, and system health
Support retraining and continuous improvement pipelines
Platform Integration & Automation
Expose AI capabilities via APIs and services
Integrate AI systems with enterprise tooling and workflows
Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management
Ensure smooth handover between development and operations

Experience
Strong background in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems in production

This role is designed to industrialize AI systems, acting as the orchestration layer that turns models into reliable, scalable enterprise platforms.
You will position yourself as an AI Systems SME, enabling AI delivery pipelines to scale by orders of magnitude, contributing directly to the construction of one of the most advanced AI engineering platforms across Europe.
