The company is committed to empowering their employees and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for driving significant sales growth of Company’s automotive product portfolio in Japan. Reporting to the regional business development lead, you will build and nurture key partnerships with Japan-based OEM customers. You'll be instrumental in pre-sales activities, shaping strategies to position the Company as a strategic partner, not just a supplier. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
・5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive sector.
・Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior executives at OEMs.
・Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
・Strategic thinking skills, with a strong understanding of the automotive market.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
・Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
・Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
・Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
・Successful completion of a background investigation/aptitude test is required as a condition of employment.
