Center Manager | Early Learning Center Location: Parmelia, WA Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Super (Excellent Package)
Are you an inspiring, passionate, and experienced Early Childhood Leader looking for your next exciting step? A vibrant, lovely 105-place Early Learning Center in Parmelia is seeking a dedicated Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and nurture a warm, high-quality environment for children, families, and staff.
You will be well-supported in this role by an experienced Assistant Manager on-site and a dedicated Area Manager to ensure you have the resources and guidance to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the 105-place service, leading with passion and empathy.
- Maintain strict compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Mentor, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding pedagogical practices.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, children, and the broader Parmelia community.
- Manage administrative, financial, and occupancy goals alongside your Assistant Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Center Manager or Director leading a team in an ELC setting.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Certified Child Protection / Gecko Training (or willing to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Australian compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Two professional references attesting to your leadership skills and experience working with children.
