This senior leadership role is responsible for directing a pricing group to secure successful pricing outcomes for new drugs and manage price revisions. The director will lead strategic price negotiations with Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) , develop pricing strategies for pipeline products , and contribute to business planning by analyzing the healthcare and pricing environment. ■Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience leading negotiations with the MHLW regarding new drug pricing.
- Previous work experience within a multi-national pharmaceutical company.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Science, Economics, or Pharmacy is required.
- Excellent knowledge of the healthcare business and National Health Insurance (NHI) pricing regulations in Japan.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency are mandatory.
