Control of Vendor Document Master List (VDML)
Document controlling between internal and external
Document recording and tracking
Control of folders for internal tracking
Review of internal and vendors document / drawing formatting before submitting to client’s
Review vendor’s documentation / final documentation
Implement client’s specification to company documentation as long as in line with ISO 9001:2015
Review weekly progress of documents flow between internal and external

about the requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Document Controller in O&G EPC/EPCC projects
Candidates must have an O&G background with basic understanding of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Experience handling offshore O&G packages are an advantage:

Fuel Gas Conditioning Package
Chemical Injection System
Produced Water Treatment System
Gas Dehydration System
Water Injection System
Module of Mini Compression
Filter Coalescer Package

Open to renewable contract terms
Open to work in Kuala Lumpur
