the role
- Spearhead the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, managing the company’s proprietary website (dot.com) while pioneering aggressive expansion into new marketplace ecosystems like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Take full commercial ownership of online sales targets, tasked with scaling current monthly revenues from ~RM 130k to an ambitious RM 250k (driving a RM 3 million annual target).
- Optimize online sales conversions, manage digital marketing campaigns, and execute highly effective promotions for premium imported FMCG products from the UK, Europe, and the USA.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensure platform compliance and security, and act as the primary point of contact for online customer experience and service inquiries.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data to generate actionable reports, guiding the business on digital market trends and commercial optimization.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce platform management or digital sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of scaling proprietary websites (dot.com) as well as navigating and growing major marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and capable of operating as a highly independent sole contributor in a fast-paced environment.
