You will develop and implement e-commerce strategies, expanding into new platforms and optimizing existing channels. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring a seamless customer journey. ■Requirements
・8+ years of experience in e-commerce within Japan, ideally with a multi-brand company.
・Proven success in managing official brand websites, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
・Experience in performance media management and data-driven decision-making.
・Deep understanding of the Japanese e-commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior.
・Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
・Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
