Should have knowledge on assembly sequence in line. Have knowledge on SMH study and routing of
operations. Able to analyze the repro errors generation and act to reduce it. Knowledge on inventory
management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with various functions for ECN processing and prioritization for clearing them from
lifecycle to maintain the KPI targets.
2. Creation and validation of Planning ECNs for creation of kit parts, @ parts for assembly process.
3. Process mapping in system for inhouse manufacturing parts and routing & cost center
allocations.
4. Soft skills for preparation of presentations of ECN lifecycle and presenting it to management.
5. SAP activities like master creation, updation…etc related to parts management.
6. Identifying the BOM issues and validating BOM with issue list and streamlining the continuous
process of BOM.
7. BOM Costing errors troubleshooting and correction. Coordination with Finance for clearing
costing errors.
8. Coordination with PE & Production for approvals of SMH updation is system through ECNs and
conversion cost data.
9. Coordination with Stores for BOM validation and correction of issue list through BOM change
process.
10. Coordination with Stores, Production & SCM for Repro errors elimination, RCA and CAPA for
errors generated.
11. PIV analysis with Stores and adjustments of PIV data coordinating with material auditor.
12. Avoid communication gap between production and stores regarding the Production booking and
material consumption data.
13. Coordination with production for Manpower data validation and efficiency reporting and
circulation.
14. Coordination with Design, SCM, Production, PE and Stores for BSIV and NPI models for ECNs,
PBOM generation, costing and PBOM restructuring wrt process and kit parts.
