System Design: Develop electrical and automation systems, including component sizing, wiring diagrams, control logic, and PLC programming.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and comprehensive operating/maintenance manuals.
Quality & Safety: Execute safety check procedures and develop SOPs for control panel production to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, MS).
Project Lifecycle Support: Provide hands-on site support during installation and commissioning, working alongside project teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
skills/requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical and automation engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (preferred experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal or Allen Bradley ControlLogix).
Proficiency in designing electrical schematics using EPLAN P8 or AutoCAD Electrical. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IEC or MS electrical standards; exposure to HVAC, heat pumps, or industrial energy systems is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex faults and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
