1. Able to perform PLC,HMI programming and Plc controlled spm machine maintenance ( PLC -Omron , Inovance, Mitsubishi,Delta & Siemens ), HMI ( Omron, Mitsubishi, MCGS, Inovance, Delta )
Knowledge in part transfer mechanisms - Robot maintenance & programming (ABB, Topstar, Fanuc, Epson ) and Pick and place servo controls setting and adjustments3. Knowlegde in Pneumatics , electrical circuit, servo systems
Knowledge in Vision systems , CCD cameras,Light sources, VFD drives - trouble shooting and maintenance
Able to perform Preventive maintenance, Time based & Condition based maintenance, Kaizen and 5S
Perform spare parts management, SOPs and technical documentation
