Job Purpose
To ensure maximum machine uptime and safety in a precision auto-component manufacturing environment (ECU, IG Coil, VTC) through effective electrical maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform breakdown, preventive (PPM), and corrective maintenance on production machinery (winding, molding, assembly lines).
Systems Expertise: Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/Mitsubishi), VFDs, Servo drives, HMIs, and control panels.
Power Distribution: Manage LT/MCC panels, transformers, DBs, and power distribution systems.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow Lockout–Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ESD safety protocols critical for electronics manufacturing.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of breakdowns, spare parts usage, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Technical Skills
Expertise in industrial electrical controls and safety circuits.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with sensors, encoders, relays, and contactors.
Exposure to high-precision manufacturing environments.
