Job Title Manager- Engineering Reports To Head- Engineering  Job Overview Good knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Design, Electrical Schematic Drawings, Design/Sizing Calculations, Layouts, and Specifications. Responsibilities and Duties ▪ Electrical project engineering for Solar Projects and switchyard up to 220kV. ▪ To prepare the Single Line Diagram. ▪ Preparation of design basis for project. ▪ Site survey for feasibility of PV Solar Power Plant Project including Transmission Line and Grid Substation connectivity. ▪ Electrical project Tendering activities ▪ Preparation of detail Scope of Supply and project RFS document ▪ Preparation of Tech. Specification of various Electrical Equipment i.e. data sheets for Transformer, DG Set, switchyard equipment, MV/LV/Control panels, DC system, Field equipment such as AC/DC cables, cable trays, earthing, lighting etc. ▪ HT/LT cable sizing calculations for continuous current, steady & starting voltage drop calculations. ▪ Preparation of cable schedule. ▪ Earthing & lightning protection & zoning details. ▪ Electrical I/O List for SCADA. ▪ Preparation of Electrical equipment layout (Substation Room). ▪ Preparation of cable tray routing & Cable trench layout. ▪ Preparation of Earthing & lightning protection layout. ▪ Preparation of lighting layout. ▪ Sub Station engineering up to 220kV. (Preparation of data sheet, conductor & bus bar sizing, cable sizing & cable tray routing, earthing & zoning, foundation input to civil, relay & metering panel for switchyard, selection of equipment, procurement & inspection, switchyard SLD & layout, foundation layout, earthing & cable tray layout.) ▪ Checking of Quality Assurance Plan of sub Vendors. ▪ Inspection of power & distribution transformers, motors, cables, HT & LT Panels, switchyard equipment up to 220kV ▪ Making of cables drum schedule for installation. Educational Qualifications BE Electrical Skills MS Office Proficiency in AutoCAD (optional) Years of experience 8+ years of experience in AC side engineering and design for Solar PV Plant and Wind Plant including 132KV/220KV/440KV Substation and Transmission line
