The company fosters a collaborative culture and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an Energy Storage Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and commissioning utility-scale battery energy storage systems. You will provide technical expertise, guide project teams, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective BESS solutions. You'll be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to decommissioning. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
・1-3 years of experience in the BESS industry OR 3-5 years in renewable or power grid systems.
・Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
・Expertise in lithium-ion battery system design and testing (preferred).
・Experience with electrical design of battery-based energy storage technology (preferred).
・Strong project management and client management skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Fluency in English and Japanese.
・Familiarity with relevant Japanese BESS standards and regulations (preferred).
・Willingness to travel occasionally.
