key responsibilities
- Realizar tratamentos a feridas (agudas e/ou crónicas);
- Avaliar temperaturas/sinais vitais/glicémias;
- Garantir administração da medicação e alimentação através de dispositivos como sonda nasogástrica (SNG);
- Providenciar suporte informativo aos familiares dos residentes;
- Realizar registos de enfermagem no processo clínico, em plataforma informática.
skills
- Cédula profissional válida;
- Seguro Acidentes de Trabalho e de Responsabilidade Civil;
- Experiência em residências sénior e/ou hospitalar (preferencial).
