In this dynamic position, you will join the Concept Development team and report directly to the Engineering Supervisor. Your core mission is to bridge theoretical thermodynamics with virtual validation to design sustainable powertrain solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct 1D engine simulations, optimizations, and advanced model developments within GT-Suite.
- Calibrate DI-pulse combustion and emission models against experimental measurement data.
- Machine learning model development for emissions, engine performance and EAS
- Develop and execute integrated engine and Exhaust Aftertreatment System (EAS) simulations for tailpipe emissions (including potential chemical kinetics in GT-Suite xChem).
- Analyze simulation outcomes, translate technical findings into actionable recommendations, and present conclusions to key stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance model accuracy, computational efficiency, robustness, and usability while initiating developments for novel technologies and control concepts.
