In this role, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for mechanical maintenance and shutdown projects. You will also play a key part in client interactions, vendor liaison, and internal team collaboration to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical maintenance and shutdown projects.
- Visit client sites during the costing, technical clarification, and negotiation phases.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to gather accurate costing inputs.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine scope and cost factors.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Qualifications
- 1–8 years of experience in estimating, preferably with a mechanical background.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
