Identify team members’ strengths, weaknesses, and capacity to delegate tasks effectively. Arrange rosters based on event complexity, urgency, and team bandwidth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and the first point of escalation. Professionally resolve any conflicts between internal teams, vendors, or client stakeholders.

Oversee planning from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with target audience and objectives. Review timelines, checklists, rundowns, and delivery orders to ensure 100% readiness.

Ensure all production and vendor deliverables are on time and meet exact specifications.

Someone who knows how to lead and inspire a team of Project Executives. Ability to arrange manpower and resources strategically and fairly.
Deeply understands the "nuts and bolts" of event production and onsite control.
Minimum 3 years experience in managing events or as an Event Manager.
