• Identify team members’ strengths, weaknesses, and capacity to delegate tasks effectively. Arrange rosters based on event complexity, urgency, and team bandwidth.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and the first point of escalation. Professionally resolve any conflicts between internal teams, vendors, or client stakeholders.

• Oversee planning from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with target audience and objectives. Review timelines, checklists, rundowns, and delivery orders to ensure 100% readiness.

• Ensure all production and vendor deliverables are on time and meet exact specifications.

• Someone who knows how to lead and inspire a team of Project Executives. Ability to arrange manpower and resources strategically and fairly.

• Deeply understands the "nuts and bolts" of event production and onsite control.

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing events or as an Event Manager.
